During a two-day workshop for the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Iris Group trained staff from MEASURE Evaluation on creating and sustaining a global network of regional training partners. Workshop participants shared best practices and lessons learned in forming and maintaining networks, learned a systematic approach to forming and maintaining sustainable networks, reviewed the role and responsibilities of network facilitators, and designed a module on network formation. Iris Group provided follow-on technical assistance to the MEASURE Evaluation team to help design a four-day network launch workshop.
