Advisory Services and Staff Retreat for Organizational Gender Mainstreaming Within FHI360
To build the capacity of gender staff to most effectively integrate gender throughout FHI 360’s work, Iris Group designed curriculum for and facilitated a two-and-a-half day gender integration and institutional advocacy training for core gender staff. The participatory workshop included sessions on integrating gender into the proposal process, effective communication skills for gender integration, and intra-institutional advocacy, in addition to technical skills building on gender analysis and integration in project design, implementation and monitoring and evaluation.
