As the LAC/RSD office developed a new strategic plan for FY 2013-2017 through the Country Development and Cooperation Strategy process, Iris Group participated as the health lead on a DevTech gender assessment team to determine the critical gender-related priorities for the CDCS. The LAC/RSD office integrated the findings of the assessment into its strategic plan.
