Iris Group designed and delivered a two-day training to build the capacity of Abt Associates’ US-based staff on gender analysis, integration, and internal advocacy. The participatory workshop was an expanded version of the USAID-based Gender 101 and Gender Analysis and Integration trainings, incorporating LGBTQ sensitization and internal advocacy sessions as well as helping participants think about future work and how to integrate gender in proposals, new activities, and monitoring and evaluation plans.
